The two departments share a bag and a checkout, but nothing else is forced to match. Tech carries refurbishment grades and insured shipping; health and beauty carries seal and batch language with flat-rate shipping. Mixed orders pay the higher shipping rate, not both.
Pricing
Priced per category, never flat.
A graphics card has to land near retail on a thin margin or it will not move. A pallet-sourced serum is a completely different calculation. Each category carries its own target margin, its own floor and its own realistic percentage of MSRP.
